C’Incanta Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOP
Developed to celebrate Cantina Tollo’s fiftieth anniversary, an experiment with the Trebbiano grape begun in 2010 with a special goal: to create a spontaneously fermented wine as was done in the 1960s, the period of the winery’s founding.
Straw yellow in colour with golden tinges. The fragrance evokes mature yellow fruit, with citrusy, nutty notes united with elegant floral and spicy hints. With its fresh and savoury flavour, long in length and with an almondy finish, it is ideal paired with all traditional seafood dishes, as well as delicate first courses, white meats and semi-aged cheeses.
