Winemaking
Winemaking crushing and stemming of grapes, cold maceration of crushed grapes, soft pressing, removal of the must from the lees at low temperatures and fermentation at a controlled temperature

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. As it is not filtered, the wine may be slightly cloudy Bouquet fruity, with fine floral and mineral notes
Flavour medium body; delicate and flavourful, with a hint of almond.

Serving excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
