Organoleptic characteristics
Colour pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. As it is not filtered, the wine may be slightly cloudy Bouquet fruity, with fine floral notes and elegant mineral notes
Flavour medium body; delicate and flavourful, with a hint of almond.

Temperature 12°C
Serving excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
