Colle Cavalieri Passerina Terre di Chieti Igp


Grown on sandy but fresh, calcareous soil,
the Passerina grape produces a fresh flavoured white
with distinctive fruit and floral notes:
peach, apricot, wisteria and lime tree.
Ideal with all types of seafood, and soft
and pulled curd cheeses.
